Default Question on Models 411, 4003, 4006

Gun show find last Saturday was a bag of S&W parts that the seller had marked as coming from a Model 4003. The slide is marked Model 411. The hammer is marked as being for 411, 4003 or 4006. Can all the parts (slide, barrel, trigger bar, sear, etc) be used for all three of these Models? I thought I could resell them but do not want to give incorrect information. Thanks for any assistance.
