Default Tips on feeding problems with 52-2's

Just thought I'd let everyone know a few tips on the 52-2 I bought a month or so ago.

First, let me explain that I first published that it cycled flawlessly. That was for the first wk. Then I started having jams where the center of the wadcutter would hang up on the top of the barrel breachface.
Took the gun apart, cleaned it twice, even polished the feed ramp again then lubed it and all was well--for the next 2 sessions. Then it started jamming again
Thought about it hard, used a firmer grip, oiled it lightly again, still jammed sometimes.
Then, DUH and embarrased to say, I realized I'd been using all 5 mags that came with it, so decided to mark the mags and see if it was just a certain mag or all of them that jammed.

Good news! Only two of the mags were jamming. I manually cycled the gun with those two mags and the nose of the bullet was definitely pointing higher when the slide moved forward to strip another round from those two clips.

Then remembered my old High Standard 22's that feed from directly from the magazine with no feed ramp at all. To adjust them if feeding high, you bend the tops of the feedlips inwards.

So, used my High Standard homemade feed lip adjusting tool (from Jaybar's directions) and adjusted the feedlips inwards maybe 20 thousandths.

Now have fired over 120 rounds without a feed issue with any of the 5 mags.

I never did have any ejection issues.

Hope this helps anyone having similar issues--or maybe it's so old news everyone already knows it!
