I was looking at getting a DAO 4586 (I think that is the correct model number). Could someone describe what the trigger pull and reset is like on the double action only Smiths?

Sure, it's awesome. People have referred to is as feeling like a light and smooth DA pull on a S&W revolver only I think it's a little shorter pull. Reset is not short but its not long either, similar to a Sig DAK trigger. I carried a 4586 on duty for almost 3 years and it's still one of my favorite guns. I have used it to shoot very kind of qualification available and my scores were always in the top of the group.
