I just purchased a 2nd 3913 and was hoping someone could give me info on the date of manufacture. The serial # is vbj33xxx. I went to the S&W sight but they didn't have dom only history for $50.00 Thanks for any info you might give.
Give them a call at 800 331 0852 and they will give you the date it left the factory. This information is different than the history they charge fifty dollars for. The history covers who the gun was delivered to and possibly some of the owners. I have contacted them several times for the date of shipping. Smith and Wesson has a very friendly customer relations program.
