I picked this up this past weekend. It shows no wear and has the box and all paperwork. The serial number puts it at 1988. It is only the 3rd one I have seen around in the past few years. The other two were in alot worse shape. I paid 399.99 + tax. The original sticker price on the original box from 1988 was $429.99. It will keep my 3904 and 5904 company. Maybe I need to find a 5906 with a square trigger guard to round out this set.



I plan to fire it this weekend, even if it rains. Hey, it is stainless after all.

You've got a nice square trigger guard family started there. I still have to pick a 3rd gen 39 series, but haven't seen enough good ones around to get one. Enjoy your 3906.
