Default Grips for a 4506-1.

Does anyone make an after market grip for the 4506-1?

I would like to have a grip that is a little fatter on the sides. The flat factory grip is a little thin for me.

I tried the Houge grips on my 1006. I got a new set of factory grips from Brownells instead. The Houges do help tame the recoil from the 10mm. Made the single stack gun feel like a double stack. However, this may be what you're looking for. The ones I have are the palm swell variety. Don't know if they make a flat back strap model.

I went with the Houge wood grips for my 4566 because I, too wanted something fatter. Couldn't be more pleased.

I have a set of factory grips with the palmswell (curved backstrap) that I will trade for your straight backstrap grip. These are in excellent condition. PM me if interested.
