Default 5906 Sights

I ordered a 5906 with adjustable sights and LE mags about 15 years ago give or take. I ordered it with the sights as I was a Model 19 guy at the time and it seemed the right choice for me. Recently, I used the pistol (which I really like) in some low light qualification excercises. Some guys had new M&P's with night sights. What a difference. Is there an economical change out for me to night sights? I really don't want to loose my adjustable sights in the process if I don't have to. Thoughts? Thanks.

Default Night sight install

Thanks for the link. They are in fact made. It says professional install suggested. I am pretty handy. Is the install difficult? Does it require drilling of the slide? Thanks.

If you have the "Winged" adjustables then the rear sight blade is the same as the one used on a revolver. The install is the same for the rear where you break the windage screw and remove the old blade then put in the new NS one with a new screw and nut. The front requires you to drift out the old one to install. Not a bad job but if you crack a vial you won't see any savings. Places like Novaks can install them for little more than the cost of the sights alone, so why take a chance.
