cs9 with no decocker?
I saw pictures of a cs9 without a decocker lever. Is it double action with no safety?

Correct. If it has a round Firing Pin Retainer, then it is a factory CS9D. If it has an odd-shaped retainer, than it has been converted from a standard DA/SA model.
