its an 845 with Hogues.
I recall yearsssssssssss ago that a 4506 was made exculsively for the LAPD Gun Club. While I dont think they were PC models, they did have fancy slide lettering or engraving.

Nothing yet Grinder!
I've got a couple of items in the works that I've been searching for, but nothing solid yet.
Course, if you want to sell me one of those scarce S&W 45's you have I'm interested!
Grinder don't you own one of those LAPD 4506's? Regards 18DAI.

845 vs 945?
That 845 is at $1,100 plus tranfer & shipping costs. That's too close to the price of a used 945 which most folks would prefer for modern matches.
Does a 945 have any advantages over an 845 for bullseye matches?

Grinder I'd be happy to relieve you of that PC 4506.
If not, I'll gladly accept the two tone 4566 as a consolation prize. Regards 18DAI.

CQB,
The gentleman who owned the 4506 was a LEO in CA. who carried and used it
I didn't change a thing
I don't know any other history

Has it the Briley bushing? Are the slide and frame fitting like we expect from the PC shop?
Nice. Very nice.
