6906 vs. 3913
Need some education please....
Just when I thought I had decided that the 6906 will be my main carry piece, I start seeing more and more on the 3913.
What is the main differences between the two?
Excuse my newb question but....hey, that's how I am...

Double stack frame with 12rds (6906)
Single stack frame with 8rds (3913)
A few 3913TSWs had 7rd mags, and you can use 15rd 5900 mags in the 6906.

The 3913 is a single stack which is slimmer with 8 shot cap.
The 6906 is double stack with wider grip and 12 shot cap or you can use 15 round mag with grip adapter.

Thanks guys....that was easy....right now I'm thinking I favor the 6906.....more bullets....and I can handle the recoil easier on those wider grips than I do on the slims....
Thanks again.

If you can, handle both. The 3913 is very thin but with a set of Hogues it is sweet. The thinness is quite desirable.

Here are pictures of 5906 15 round mags with the +3 adapter to fit the 6906 making it 15 round cap.
Be careful these things are additive. Here is what it leads to.

+1
I'll say
got my first 3913 today (Thanks Matt) and a 915 to go with it
I like how the 3913 is thinner and went with it, though I haven't ruled out getting the 6906 I looked at.
main issue is loading up on mags will be expensive!

The only negative against the 6906, might as well include the 4013TSW (early version) which is practically the same frame grip width , is that you can not get the soft Hogues single panel grips for either pistol. The only Hogue available has the wrap around with finger groove. To me, it makes the wider frames too bulky. If Hogue would make them like the 3913 grips, and 90% of the rest of the 3rd Gen, it would make a big improvement for both the 6906 and 4013.

I have them both but prefer the capacity of the 6909 with the 15 round mag

I have the 669 and the 3913 and I much prefer the 3913, especially when it comes to concealed carry. The 3913 is thin, light, well balanced and accurate!
