Default 4013 size vs 3913 size.

Is there a size difference?
I may be in the market for a 4013 since it has a 3.5 in barrel, same as my 3913 does (which I like) except in .40 cal, but just realized it may not be the same size. (Slide and receiver dimensions) I'm thinking the 4013 could just be a 4003/6 size pistol with a 3.5 inch barrel, or somewhere in between.
Searches don't turn up much so I'm hoping someone has dimensions or both pistols to compare.

Thanks for any info.

The original 4013 & 4053 are the same size as the 4516/4556.

The 4013TSW & 4053TSW are the smaller frame of the 6900 series (9rd magazine instead of the 8rd of the non-TSW series).

The early 4013 was a single stack, 9rd 40S&W compact built on the 45 compact frame. It is slightly larger in every dimension than a 3913. Later, the 4013 became a double-stack design that was much wider than it's predecessor. Eds has a single stack 4013 listed at $350 right now in their store. I compared it to my 3913 last week and it was definitely larger.

The 4013TSW is closest to the 3913 with the exception of the double stack mag/grip. It will fit most 3913 holsters and can also use the full size 11rd mags from the 4006.

The 4040PD is the exact same size as the 3913. Good luck finding one

So I take it the 4013TSW frame width is somewhere between a 3913TSW and a 4003TSW?

Frame should be roughly the same width as a 4003TSW.

For some reason I was thinking the 4013 was the same size as the 3913. (Wishful thinking?)
Thanks all.
