Hello Guys,

I have a CS40 and you can't beat the CS's for CCW. Lightweight, realiable, accurate, what's not to like, and mine
weighs about 23.9 ozs unloaded. Good choice.

I picked the CS9 as my first Semi because it had the features I wanted and it fit my small hands better. If your wife thinks the hogue grips are uncomfortable get Big Dog's Custom Delrin Grips. It also shoots a little low to point of aim with the Novak sights.I put Trijicon night sights on and it returned to point of aim.It is a great gun.

I love mine, one of the last guns I'd sell. No particular tips, shoot, shoot, shoot some more.

I was going to chime in but Cruiser RN already hit the nail on the head. Mine shot a little low with factory sights but was POA/POI with Trijicon. The CS9 is a fantastic pistol and really needs to go back into production.

Once I finally got around to ordering my CS9 some years ago I was kicking myself for not having done so sooner.
I consistently experience the feeling that it handles, balances and shoots better in my hands than my 3913. Weird, but there it is ...
I do, however, start to feel I have a slight advantage with my 3913 over my CS9 once I'm out at 35-50 yards.
Some folks dislike the slightly bulky Hogue grips on the CS series, and I'll grant they are a bit thick and the rubber can catch on clothing (as soft rubber does), but they also make for excellent handling and control under live-fire conditions.
I do tend to prefer the overall size and dimensions of the grips of my CS9 compared to my CS45, though.
