Anyone put a Crimson Trace grip on their Gen.3 pistol???
If so, just curious how it feels. I was thinking about going that route for my 4006, but it's already beefy enough in the hand with the factory grip on it. I'm afraid the Crimson Trace would make it uncomfortably big.
Thanks,
Scott

I have them on my 5906 and prefer the grip to the factory delrin. Feels like they were made for my hand, and I also like the finger grooves in the front. They were a bit of a "bear" to get on, but I really do like them for home-defense purposes.

Do they feel as big as a Hogue?

I haven't tried the Hogues, but have read in several forums that they feel huge and most people don't like them. I didn't think that they were a lot larger than the factory delrins.

I have not measured the difference in grip size between the factory grip, Hogue grip and CT grip, however, having used all three, I like the CT best. The CT feels thinner than the Hogue.

On a 5906, the CT grip is larger than the factory delrin grip, but not by a lot. I find the factory grip very comfortable, maybe just slightly smaller than perfect, and the CT grip just a little less comfortable, slightly larger than perfect, but still pretty nice. No idea on the hogues.

I'm worried about it because I have pretty average hands...my middle finger is about 3.25" in length. I hope to find a CTC display somewhere with a plastic sample gun to check out.
p.s. Anyone know what that second "C" in "CTC" stands for???

Makes sense. Do you know if they are publicly, or privately, held.
