Default S&W Model 659 Question...

Hi, I am fairly new to semiautos and I am currently shooting a 645 which I love. I want to add a 9mm to the stable and I like the idea of giving my 645 a little brother so I am considering a 659. Unfortunately I can't locate one nearby so it would be an online purchase. Because of the similarity between the 659 and the 645 which I am familiar with I am fairly comfortable with this however my one concern is the size of the grip on the double stack 659. I do not have small hands and I am very comfortable with the grip on the 645 but I am hoping that somebody can give me a comparison between the grip sizes for these guns. Should I expect the 659 grip to be much bigger (fatter) than the 645? I was originally considering the single stack 639 but now I am leaning towards the hi-cap 659 in case I get into IDPA... I appreciate any advice... Thanks, Matt

Last time I played with a 659 I noted that it was slightly bigger 'round in the grip than my 645, but nothing I'd worry about. I don't have big hands mind you but I could reach the trigger with the pad of my trigger finger though.
Another plus is the fact that a 659 can eat from 5906 mags too! Dale
