Default Single stack vs Double stack 4013/4053 width

What is the difference in width between the single stack and double stack 4013/4053? Is it significant? I was thinking about eventually getting a 4013 and 4053 and if the difference in width isn't too significant I may want a double stack since I could used my 4003 mags as a reload

Going from memory because I am on the road. I think the difference is slightly more than 1/8". However, in my opinion that 1/8" makes the gun harder to conceal.

Im from MN and do not have to worry about concealment, as our law is a permit to carry. We do not have to conceal it or worry about printing, or even accidentally showing while reaching for something off the top shelf.. We can strap it on our leg and walk around like John Wayne with out having to worry about it.

So unless your new WI law is a conceal law, dont worry about that 1/8" its not that big of a difference.

Yeah we're keeping our open carry also, so it was more for if I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to print, like if I'm around nervous nellies. lol
I think I will eventually look for the the double stack 4013, for the abilty to use my 4003 mags too.

Of course who knows what kind of deal I may come across.

The grips do have a different feel than just width, the single stack is on a 45 frame and longer front-to-rear also. I have smaller hands and prefer the feel of the TSW(6900) grips myself. The extra width probably doesn't make that much difference concealing, but the butt of the gun is the hardest part.

I have the 4013 TSW, and like the grip. I have large hands, and the bit of extra width is more to than the slight loss of concealability.
