Anyone have a pic of single stack 4013/4053/4516 by a 4006/5906 sized 3rd gen? Cabelas has a non-tsw 4053 that fit my hand well, but not sure how much size advantage it have over my 4003.

I am pretty sure I want one, because well, they're a 3rd gen.

Just curious on size compared my 4003 for carry. Both width and height.

No picture, but about a 1/2" off the barrel and grip height. Grip is about 1/8" narrower and about 1/8" longer front-to-rear.

Dunno if this helps you, couple of non-rail TSW - 4566 4" and 4513 3.5"

FWIW, I believe the single stack 4053 is built on a .45 frame, and that is the reason that while thinner, the grip is a bit "deeper" front to back.

The double stack frames on the other hand, are the same between the 9mm and .40.

So the single stack feels better for concealed and plainclothes carry, but from a shooting standpoint, the grip is overall not really much smaller, exchanging width for depth (front to back). As stated by Handgunner356, the 4053 grip is shorter (top to bottom) than the full size guns, making it easier to conceal.
