Default Performance Center Bushing/Barrel?

I recently purchased a couple 3rd generation Performance Center pistols and I need to know the best way to remove the Barrel on these pistols.
Should I completely remove the Briley Bushing from the gun or can the Bushing just be angled down untill the Barrel can be removed?
Thanks Much

Patience.....oil....a few choice words and more patience is sometimes required with these briley type bushings.

Yes...angle the barrel away and remove.

To install is the opposite....however some have to be perfectly aligned.

If it does not slide on smoothly....its not lined up.

The only way the rings will remove....the barrel has to be off and in 99% of most applications, just leave the ring alone other than oil.

This hits it square on the nose!!
Don't rotate the bushing if all possible. If it gets bumped/moved just be patient and rotate it very slightly until the barrel goes in.
IF you are patient and like experimenting - move it and then realign it - it might happen down the road anyway so you'll have a learning experience but it can be frustrating.
