Default Replaced my 6906.....

Replaced my 6906, with this:

Love the 3rd gens, but I really dislike the slide mounted safety/decockers. My issues with them are the sharp edges, the size, and the distance they protrude from the slide. This little baby fixes all that. It has not been stamped for the recall, so it's got a free ride to S&W. I have not sent it yet, because I'm undecided on whether to go ahead and have an action job done while it's there.
Took it out for a range session, and it's a sweet shooter. Bought it specifically for carry and lite range work, but it's in such nice shape (save the import marks), that i'd feel guilty about beating it up. I'm sure the grips would be hard to come by.

It's a 6926. Essentially the same gun as the 6906, with the frame mounted decocker being the difference. 9mm, compact, stainless slide / alloy frame.

Nice pistol there. I have seen those around at good prices in nice condition. I like the frame mounted decocker ala SIG, even though i dont mind the slide mounted decockers that much. Hope you enjoy it.

Nice! Don't see too many of those.

I wonder where it was exported before it was imported back to the USA?

Summit gunbroker has a 4026.

I really like the frame decocker guns too.
