Our local gun store always has lots of used 2 and 3rd Gen Smiths, while looking them over today on my lunch hour I saw one with a frame mounted decocker and found it was a 1076 for $700, a little more than what I was willing to give. But it was in very good shape. Iwas really looking for was some spare mags for my 3913. I was fixing to order 2 used mags from Copes Dist but asked the salesman if they had any used ones, He went to the back and came out with 2 used red follower mags. He said I'll $10 each for them, about broke my arm getting my wallet out. Good day today!!!

That is not that bad a deal for a 1076 if it is good shape. Maybe try to chew him down a little.

I got some gold I'm gonna sell tommorrow, I'll see what that brings then start making offers with cash in hand!. I still have 10mm ammo and reloading componets left over from my Delta Elite days.

The 1076 are SWEET shooters. Mine liked W-W 175 grain SilverTips. Recoil was fairly mild for a 10MM.

Just found a 4566 and gonna offer $375 or just a little more, if no dice, I'm gonna try for the 10mm.
