picked up 41 from estate mint cond. 7 in. barrel scary part is ser# tyz 6666! how old is it i have to figure out how to send pix. paid 400.00

Cool serial number. If it's in nice shape, you paid about $400 too little for it.

Thats a heck of a deal for a 41 as I agree its worth at least twice that amount. In Canada they average around $950.00 used for this model no matter what the serial no is. That is a cool serial no. to have tho as its definitely a conversation piece for sure.

Off the top of my head,I guesstimate that it from 1997.(as my UAR prefix gun is 1998)
