Just a couple of suggestions on carrying M&PC 9 concealed with ambi safety in crossbread holster. I recently cut off the right side safety lever and shaved down the left side to make it less obtrosive. I also realized that the magazine and the palm well/take down tool had very sharp edges that would jab into my side. Used dremel to round off sharp edges on both and it feel much more comfortable.
