By any chance do you mean bushing wrench? IIRC, the 39/59 used a barrel bushing similar to the Colt 1911. It didn't require a wrench, although I expect a 1911 bushing wrench is close enough to work, possibly with some minor alteration. Later variations used a pressed in bushing that remains in the slide-the barrel is specially machined to allow removal without fussing with the bushing.
Now, if you asking about a bushing tool for the 52-2, that's a horse of a different color. Numrich has them if the factory doesn't.
