My Christmas came a month early due to human scheduling error--Gun Show in town! Wife released me from my recliner with the admonition not to spend a grand. I took that to mean $999.99. Not really but almost.
At the show picked up a barely used 22A-1 at an attractive price with enough funds leftover to purchase a red/green holo sight. Fits on the rail very handsomely.
There was a recall notice so it was shipped back to Maine and all said and done it was gone only 22 days. Nice work S&W!
In my safe is a 17-3 that is incredibly accurate and gives my Python serious competition.
