Default Picked up an SSV today

Why I have no idea, it's not like I needed another 3rd gen 9mm. But it was a good deal and I was casually looking for another DAO with Trijicons. I'll shoot it with the straight grips before deciding whether to switch to the curved ones I'm familiar with.

Yep, sorry, left that out, 5943SSV DAO from the run in 1991.

Trijicon will install new lamps for $54. Just ship them your slide.

Consider me thoroughly jealous.

After a couple years of searching I just made my own with a 5943 frame and a 6946 barrel/slide. After seeing your pic I am going to send the slide in for some kind of black coating. Gotta love the S&W two tones.
