Super 9 NIB W/3 bbls has come on the market locally, would appreciate a realistic value on it. If I pick it up it'll be to shoot, how would that impact value?

Just got off the phone, sold for asking price of $1200 to a dealer in Mass. for his personal collection. Seller knew exactly what he was selling.
We got our independence from Mass. in 1820 when we achieved Statehood. Since then they've been coming up and scooping up best land, businesses, antiques, etc. Now our S&W's are under siege!! Southern portion of Maine is developing a Mass. accent. When does it stop?
