Default 645 Owners, please step inside

I remember one of you who, like me, thought the 645 trigger could be better, sending off their 645 and having the trigger worked on.

I seem to recall that it was in a thread on this board. IIRC, the individual sent it to S&W and they modified the trigger, changing some parts and altering the operation.

I did a search and can't find the thread. I seem to recall mention of "...this changes the geometry of the trigger pull..."

Ring any bells? Anyone had S&W work on their 645's trigger? What kind of improvement.....if any, did you realize? Thanks! Regards 18DAI

Dumb question. What does IIRC mean.

I am an old Luddite who refuses to text.

Thanks.

"If I remember correctly"
No worries about being a Luddite:
When they come to my door one day, I will have to wipe my beard off with my beard, put on my buckskin trowsers, walk across the split-log floor of my cabin, and say "what's Obamacare?".

Thanks for keeping an old jarhead up to date. I like the way you think. You know a retired Chief name of Ron Russell? He is a friend from HS.

It wasn't me but I bought one when they first came out, sent it to Novak's for a trigger job & it made an amazing difference. Another pistol I regret getting rid of eventhough I prefer 1911s.

Never heard of him, but that means nothing.
