Thumbs up Performance Center Pic Thread

These two third generation PC beauties recently found their way home. I found them on a chance stop at a shop I don't visit often. I might have passed them over if not for the data provided by the fine folks here in the forum.. Thanks for the insight!
I'll work on better pics later.
Shorty Forty .40, 627 .357 Mag, and a CQB .45

Post your PC gun pics!

Only 2 PC guns for me (for now)... a 945-1 and the crown jewel of the bunch, a 4006 IDPA that is perhaps 1 of 12 ever made.

I don't have this one, yet, but it's on it's way. This is a 25-11 listed as a Performance Center Lew Horton Heritage series (page 348 in the SCSW). Only 150 of them made. I can't wait to see it. Supposed to be NIB.

Thumbs up

Had to resize these so much that picture quality went way down, but here's my current, reduced assortment of PC guns. All stainless and alloy CQBs, and 4" and 5" DPA 5906s...

Never!
It has become one of my favorite EDC guns. I keep her in a Milt Sparks Versa Max II, the best concealed carry holster out there, IMHO.

What a great gun, highly underated by the masses, how does that saying go, "Those who know, know"

Here's Windsucker - a Shorty Forty - first production, second run - I carry during the colder months.

..and another.

A quick note is in order: Taking a page from CALREB's book, I purchased a set of arched grips and used an assortment of files and emery cloths and sandpaper to modify them into a flat-back style. Except CALREB's grips turned out much more better-looking than mine did. And additionally, the "plus two" magazine grip adapter (as seen in the mag pouch) made for the 5904/5906 mags to be used in a 6904/6906 handgun, work on the 4006 mags allowing them to be used in a Shorty Forty. (Tip 'O The Hat to CALREB and others here on the forum for that piece of advice!) The holster is an Aker Paddle model made for a 6906, that I modified by creating a kydex belt loop to replace the paddle attachment. The single magazine pouch is a Galco. The knife, a CRKT M-21. (It always bugs me that when a selection of holsters, knives, pouches et al, are shown in a photo, more people don't name them. *LOL*)
