Default 4506-1 Grips

Lets see if I can explain what I am looking for. I have a S&W 4506-1. I have both of the factory grips for the gun. The straight back and the swelled palm grip.

I would like to have a set of grips that are of the swelled palm type but fatter on the sides. To me both factory styles are to flat on the sides and could be thicker.

Does anyone have any idea where I might find the grip I am looking for?

Hey in Texas
Bought a set of Hogue rubber grips for my 4506. Visit their site, you'll find them. They are not wrap-around like a slip-on, they replace the O.E.M. plastic, and are nicely "fatter" where needed. At least for my hand.
easy to install, and for my hand made point-ability a natural thing when raising the gun to shooting position.

The palm swell grips you are referring to were only sold for the decocker style guns. I do not think s&w made them for the standard Walther style slide mounted decocker/safety guns like the 4506.

I use a Pachmeyer boot over my standard SW grips. It works really well for me and is a cheap solution.
