Default CS40 DAO question????

I have an opportunity to buy a CS40 for (IMO) a good price but it's a DAO model.

Does anybody own one these? How is the trigger pull?

I'm really looking for a CS9 but the price and condition on this CS40 is making me do double/triple takes on it.

Any insight will be appreciated.

I had a CS45 double action only at one time. Wish I had kept it. The trigger was fine.

I've got two CS40 DAO pistols; one so nice in the original box that I got another one in slightly lesser condition just to play around with. Even though I prefer the traditional double/single action, I really don't find the DAO objectionable although as it's actually quite smooth. If you've got a killer deal, go for it as I don't think you will be disappointed.

I love mine. Trigger pull was a bit stiff so I cut one coil off the hammer spring. A lot smoother and a lighter trigger pull. It is my primary carry gun.

I've got a CS45 with the DA/SA decocker set up. I was thinking of sending it back to the facory to get it converted to DAO.
