Smile Sunday morning w/ my 915

Up at 6am with my weekend off.Just saw my wife and grandaughter off to church and I carried my Malamute/Lab mix on a quiet stroll over our farm. Afterwards I tried out my S&W 915 on my private range. Just received 2 blue 20 rd mecgar magazines from Dillon Precision for the 59 series.(including 2nd and 3rd generations.) These mags worked flawlessly with USA 115 FMJ. Great price on them at 26.95 pl shipping. They also have the 17 rd.mags (I think they are flush fit). Mecgar makes a great magazine and kudos to Dillons "Bluepress" for the great find!!!

I'm waiting on my first 915 to arrive this week. Purchased from another forum member. I'll be in your shoes NEXT Sunday!

Just picked up a lightly used 915 today. Too late to get to the nearest range though. Any recommendations of sources for additional reasonably priced 15 rd. magazines? My purchase only came with one.

Thanks.

P.S. I did not intend to hijack your thread. I hope to shoot mine soon. Best of luck with yours.

I grabbed a couple used for a song to keep around for utility/training duty.

Very serviceable tool for the job.

Fits very nicely in the inexpensive FOBUS SG-21 holster.

Now, get in there and give that firing-pin channel a good scrubbing!

Ok guys,I get the "Blue Press" from Dillon Precision and they sell the 17 rd. and 20 rd. Mecgar mags for 26.95 pl. shipping. Numrick Gun Parts has the original S&W's or mecgar (and USA but I'd stay away from those). at various prices. THANKS FOR THE PICS!!!! As soon as my wife gets back from her trip I'll grab the camera and post some myself.
