Default Model 59 Rear Sight Assembly Change

Please help me if you would. I have an early model 59 and I ordered a fully adjustable rear sight assembly. How tough is it to remove the original and install the new one? Thanks in advance for your time.

At the front of the rear sight tang there is a half round hole. using a small diameter punch or similar tool pry the front of the tang up suficiently to clear the slide and rotate the sight to the right, ejection port side, once the sight is 90' from its original position it can be lifted free from the slide. take care to not loose the spring and plunger that are underneath the sight base. some sights require a bit of force to turn after the tang is clear of the slide top. Be very careful when you pry up the tang, only lift it enough to start the sight turning, the tangs WILL break if you over do it....

Got a pic of that? I'd just like to replace the notch with a two-dot I have laying around.
