Were grips with a curved backstrap ever made for the 3913? I've seen both straight and curved for the 5900/4000 series guns, and the 6906 grips were curved, but have only seen straight ones for the 3913. Of course the 6906 factory grips are too wide to work on 3913.
So, did they ever exist as a limited production item or for some special version of the '13?
I have never seen factory stocks with a curved backstrap for the 3900 series of guns. Hogue offered wood stocks, but I do not recall if the were curved or straight. The wood stocks were a good bit thicker than factory stocks.
Colby and handgunner, thanks for the info. I'm going to try a set of the rubber Hogues and see how I like them, but I was hoping I'd missed something with regards to factory grips with a curved backstrap.
I haven't seen any curved Hogue wood grips, plus the thickness of them kinda goes against why I got the 3913. If the rubber Hogues are too thick, I may have a local guy do a stippling of my beat up factory grips.
