Hi all,
I purchased an advertised NIB Bodyguard 380 from an FFL dealer out of state, that shipped to my FFL dealer. My dealer inspected it and said it is CLEARLY a used firearm. I took it (my first mistake? I'm a total noob) to another FFL down the street and they said the same thing after looking at it. Said lots of powder reside around the firing pin, barrel is filthy, magazine has marks on follower where it appears many rounds have been put in.
I understand the 380 is fired at the factory, but it seems REALLY dirty. I'm attaching pictures.
Can you give your opinion? I really like the BG380 but if it was advertised as new and I PAID the price of new, and got a used... that doesn't feel good. What say you.... new or used?
