You can only get the actual shipping date from a $50 dollar factory historical letter. All any of us can give is an approximate year given the serial# prefix. The TEZ serial# prefix dates to ABOUT 1990. Thats as close as any of us can get for free.
If you have the box, there is a code on the end label that can be deciphered to give a date the gun was completed and boxed.
