I put a BME mount on my old 41 and it seems to be working pretty good. It replaces the old sight and does not require drilling.

You can buy Weber rail mount from bullseyegear.com for about $8 that fits on the 41 predrilled barrel.

I have a FastFire III on one of my 41s using John Allchin's new mount: New S&W Model 41 Scope Mount - Allchin Gun Parts

It looks a little weird since the mount is designed to also accommodate a full-size C-More "Slide Ride" sight, but it works fine and keeps the FastFire low to the bore.

The LSP rail looks close to Picatinney.

Or you could buy a Weaver #62 rail and just cut your own slots with a file. This is what I did for one of my 41's with an ADCO red dot sight mounted.
