Default Bg380 external safety

Hello:
I recently purchased a bodyguard380 2nd hand (im in California, I'll take what I can get). The gun I purchased came with no external safety, is it possible to add the factory safety? .
Just like the gun, I rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it......

Thanks for your time.

I have a BG380 and don't know why anyone would bother to remove the safety...you can just leave it off if you wanted to...I would break it down and make sure the condition before firing it....make sure all the other parts are there

I'll post a picture as soon as I get it out from jail (10 day cooling off period in CA.).

I believe this was a L.E.O. mode by S&W. With the safety removed by the factory.

I would think this is reversible and ican just buy the parts from S&W but I figured I wouod ask bere first.

Great forum, I hope to put into I as much as I take from it.

Thanks for your time.
