Default 3913 Lady Smith Box

I recently purchased the gun, TFB589X complete with 2 original mags, all papers and the correct serial numbered box.
However, the box does not have the foldable insert that covers the gun etc before the box lid is closed. There was no soft (burgundy & silver)zippered storage/carry case included and I wonder if it is missing or was not included at this time. That may explain the missing foldable
box insert if the gun was shipped in the soft case..
The SCS&W indicates Product Code 103918(mine) had a hard case. Is this a reference to the cardboard box? I don't think the blue plastic boxes were in use at this time. The later Product Code (108290)referenced a soft case. Was this the zippered case or a cardboard box?
Does anyone have one about same vintage, complete, and how is it packaged?
Thanks

Product #108290 came in a hard case with the soft case inside. The sticker on the hard case indicates soft case.

Michigan Scott, when you say hard case do you mean a blue plastic case? Was the soft zipper case inside the plastic case or loose or in another cardboard box.
Thanks

Blue plastic box with the soft case inside. The pistol was inside the burgundy and silver soft case, but I can't say for certain that the gun shop didn't combine things to save space. The blue plastic box is only a hard shell without any indication that there was ever any foam inside. The sticker is on the outside of the box in the same place that it is on the blue plastic case that my plain 3913 came in. It did have two mags, one with the extended finger rest and one without.
