I just purchased a 1974 model 41. It shoots great but I don't like the large black front sight. Does anyone have any advice for changing the front sight?

The cheapest option is to try some bright colored fingernail polish or model paint from the hobby store. If you don't like the color, just remove it and try another.

My eyes could not use it either. I tried the nail polish and it really helps. Put a coat of white on first and then whatever fluorescent strikes your fancy. As stated before, if you don't like it, remove it.
