I'm going from memory here, but the pin is a loose fit in the hole, it is retained by the extractor itself. If you push the extractor away from the pin and then push the pin body down it should come out. It is easier said than done because there isn't anything on the pin to assist in moving it down. It took me awhile to get it to go, but that is how I remember it being done. I don't have my 2206 in front of me now, but I can take a closer look later.
