I'm curious also. I was looking at it last week and I also watched the video on how to do it. It didn't look that difficult.

No but I've tried Galloway parts in other weapons with very poor results. I installed Galloway spring kits in a Ruger LC9 and two S&W SD9's. Essentially it did very little or nothing at all to change the trigger pull weight, creep or travel. When I contacted them about the lack of improvement (asking several questions in the process) I got a very short "if you don't like it send it back for refund" response. I won't be doing any business with Galloway in the future.

I have the Galloway 50% trigger kit in my LC9, and it was like a day and night difference. It made an OK gun into a great gun, the trigger was that much improved. That kit is no longer available, as Galloway made changes to the stock trigger bars and hammers, which can no longer be purchased from Ruger. Galloway does not sell any springs that specifically improve the trigger pull. The LC9 springs are for reducing light hits, reducing trigger stacking, and heavier recoil springs. Their trigger kits involve trigger bars and other mechanical changes, that will change the trigger pull. The Bodyguard kit reduces the pull length by about 1/4 inch, and moves the trigger break point forward. I don't have a Bodyguard, so can not speak about having tired that kit.

As the previous poster said, they offer a money back guarantee. So if you not happy with the item, just email them, and they will explain how to return it for a full refund, less shipping costs. I know Eric Galloway wants happy customers, but he has said some customers want him to gunsmith the gun over the phone. He does not have the time to spend hours on the phone or through emails, walking people through installing the parts or fixing non-Galloway parts issues. He has install videos on his website.

Bob

Just installed on the Bodyguard and am quite pleased with the results. I did not install the hammer spring at this time because i did not want an extra 1 1/2 pounds of trigger pull. If the firing pin and block springs take care of the light strikes, I will be very happy.

PS - Strongly advise a sight press before tackling the firing pin changes. The sight is a bugger to get off with a punch ( and you will ugly up your sight). Also keep an eye on the top set screw for the laser. It works lose and will block the slide. Guess S and W never heard of loctite!.
