Bought this awhile back. Its in beautiful condition. Had a second one from same time frame and like a dummy sold it to someone I knew. Both have boxes and extendable front sights.

The Model 41 really is a beautiful gun. I've never shot one but they sure are nice to look at. I'm happy you've reacquired a nice one.

Never sell that 41. They are without question the finest out of the box 22 handguns made. Your post inspired me to drag out my 7" model 41 made in 1981. It's shoots as tight of groups today as when I bought it, and that trigger "like butter" ENJOY

I too am a fan of the M-41 and the Extendable Front Sight barrel has evolved into a premium item so you certainly do have a keeper, look around for the other barrels to make your pistol more versatile and even more valuable.

That is beautiful, and extended front sight, icing on the cake! I previously had 2 different 41 pistols from the 80's and like a fool let them both get away from me. Recently picked up one of the newer ones and I swear, this one is not getting away from me. They are such a classic handgun.

I do enjoy mine Mfg. date 1959.

I've owned 5 Model 41's--2 with 7 3/8" bbls. 1 with 5" bbl. 1 with 7" bbl. that I presently own. But my best/worst was a 41 with the 7 3/8", 5" target, and the 5" field barrel with all the bbl. weights that I bought as a package. That was the best. The worst was I sold them. Seems I can't hold onto the best .22 ever made.
