I have seen (pics of) a high polish one, I think they were sold in Europe, a two tone but I'm not sure it was a long slide but never an all blue one. I was really surprised when I learned about the high polish one, it had "something Masterpiece" engraved on the slide. I guess we mainly see other versions listed on GB or other auction sites but don't realize that other countries may be a different market unto themselves, not just an extension of the US.
That's the one I remember, in fact I posted in it. (my memory sucks) There is still one more, a member on this forum sent me a pic of his, it had "952 Masterpiece" on the slide like the one in the pic but it was all high polish, no matte finish. I think it was from him that I learned about the European version.
was the 952 long slide ever offered in a blued version?
