Well...glad you asked...known reported problems are slide not locking open on last shot, light primer strikes and failure to feed (FTF). Mine has intermittent problems with the slide not locking back and I have had several FTF with all types of ammo including hardball and Hornady Critical Defense ammo. I have not had any light primer strikes. Others have reported no problems. I give my BG380 a big 'thumbs down'. Its not reliable enough to trust for concealed carry. The pistol has been sent back once and was supposedly repaired. Mine has a test fire date of 6/12/2014. I am in the process of selling/trading for another pistol...maybe a Ruger LCP or LC9s...hope yours works for you...

I've seen mixed reviews but I bought one last week. First range trip was today. My experience regarding the most common complaints: no light strikes, slide locked back every time. I did have a couple rounds jam on the second magazine but went through the next 40 rounds without an issue. The trigger will take some time for me to get used to.

I'm glad that some owners are reporting no problems. I really like the pistol. However, after the FTF with hardball and my self defense ammo I don't don't trust it...I have Shield9 thats been very reliable...2 or 3 malfunctions after 1500 plus rounds. I'm going to take to the range one more time...shoot a box of ammo...if it fails once...its gone at the next gun show...very disappointed...
