How About a TSW Picture Thread??
Hey all,
I have always liked the TSW line from S&W. I guess I liked the 5906TSW, the 4566TSW, 4563TSW and the 4513TSW. My favorite would probably be between the 5906 and the 4513. What about you?
I thought it would be great to see some great pics of TSW pistols. LOTS of fans of these 3rd Gen. Pistols out there.
So, how about posting your pics if you have them? Lets see what you have hiding back in the safe.
Thanks
Nalajr

Here's my contribution: 4566TSW, 4513TSW, 4013TSW, 5906TSW, 5903TSW, & a 3913TSW. The TSW"S are the favorites of my meager collection, & the favorites of the TSW's that I own would be the 4513TSW & the 3913TSW, both of which are better shooters than a compact normally is. Please excuse the photography!

The magazine has the wrong base plate, which has subsequently been corrected. I bought a set of the original grips and replaced the Hogues. A previous owner put those on and cut them to fit the unique grip frame of the pre rail 3913TSW.

I've got only one, a 4513TSW that I bought in new condition...
I've been trying to get all the rest for a full set, but as you can all see Timn8er is hoarding and buying them all......

For quite a while there I was always a day late & a couple hundred dollars short; It seemed like I was getting there right after the pistol was sold. Very frustrating! Then I had a decent run of luck & scored several in a row. I ate Top Ramen for a couple of months...but I lived. Have you shot your new 1911 yet?

If you don't mind my asking where did you get the correct base plates for the 7 round TSW mags? I have 4 mags but only two have the correct plate.

I have and I like it a lot! I'm now carrying it in a holster I made while I wait for several other holsters to come in for it.
It's not the cream puff that my 4513TSW is though... They weigh the same but shoot differently... I'll have to take them side by side to the range and give them a workout. I thought I updated my 1911SCE post, I'll have to verify I did!
Tomorrow I have 500 rounds of 45 ammo being delivered so maybe this weekend will be some good shooting!

As much as I love TSW's, I know where they rank when you throw PC guns into the equation. The one PC gun I am lucky to possess(due to the generosity of a Forum Friend!)a beautiful Shorty Forty, is way past my TSW's when it comes to slickness, fit & finish.

My only TSW model (for now) just picked it up last week. Pre-rail 4513TSW decocker only model made Oct. '97. It has a couple scratches and one ding on the frame.
I started this year out with no 3rd gens and thanks to this forum I now have 4 and I'm sure I'll be buying many more. Thanks for getting me addicted guys

A 4513TSW has been on my short list for awhile now.
I'll snag one sooner or later.
