What is 'low'? How much low?
What sight picture are you using?
What kind of groups?

You need a shorter front sight or a taller rear sight.
Do you have factory Novak sights or the earlier half moon rear sight that appeared on transitional guns?
If Novaks, check the front sight height. Shortest I am aware of is .204 (measured from the bottom of the sight channel to the top of the sight).
Heavier bullets will help somewhat but not 4" at 10 yards.

This should probably read "I shoot my 6906 low at 10 yards with 115 grain factory." Big difference. Have somebody else shoot it . . .

Heavier bullets will change that as well.
Have another experienced shooter fire it over a solid rest before making any drastic changes.

Jvmm:
I tried several times over the years to like the 6900 series of semiautos (a Model 6946 and a Model 6900) without luck. They all shot low for me as well. I sent the Model 6946 back to the factory three times and after replacing the barrel, they told me that the pistol was within factory specs, and that they wouldn't do anything else with it. I finally concluded that unfortunately, the 6900 series just won't fit my hand properly as I can shoot well with all of the other 9mm pistols that I own (CZ-75, Browning HP, H&K P-7, S&W M&P 9c). Same story with a Glock, but that's another story for another day.
Best of luck,
Dave

There's a couple of possibilities. Your front sight could be to tall/rear to low or maybe you're aiming at the wrong spot *for those sights* and the trajectory of the round. (Of course, it could be your marksmanship, but as a knowledgeable member of this forum you've already eliminated that possibility. <G>) The easy way to find out where your sights are pointed is with a laser boresighter. In most cases, you'll find that the boresight and iron sights line up at a greater distance than you might suspect.
