Default Identifying a S&W Mag

Does a mag have to have a S&W stamp to be a S&W (OEM) mag?
Specifically a 3913 mag. If I bought a handful of mags, like the two on the left, how could I tell they were S&W? Thank you for your time in response.

Older magazines did not have the logo. The letter S or the letters S and M will be stamped on the lower right side of the magazine.

I've also never seen an aftermarket 39xx magazine in stainless, they've all been blue. Nor do they have red followers and the follower shape is different.

Note that there are factory S&W blue magazines that were originally sold with the 3914 and similar guns. Those magazines look the same as the ones on the right in your photo, but are of course, blue.

I have been told that the magazines with the S&W logo were made after the high capacity magazine ban, but why 8 round magazines would have the logo, I don't know.
