Question A Little Help 39-2

I asked in a previous post for some help to locate an after-market ambidextrous safety. It's my understanding that one had been manufactured by SAFARI ARMS (no longer in business). I have a visit from Arthur (arthritis). Does anybody have a hint to any interchange from another model or supplier? Here's what I'm trying to fit: Ser#A-206xxx. Thanks!

Great looking 39-2. Member Expert's name is Fastbolt. He is the el numero uno SW 1st, 2nd and 3rd gen armorer in the the US. In fact Fastbolt could write a book on the subject and he should. He will know interchangeability between the ambi-safetys. I'd say yes, maybe, but the design changes affected the "3 levers" that make it a safe system. The changes from 2nd gen to 3rd gen were at the time considered in the 1980's as revolutionary and far superior improvements so I dunno.....

I see it has been refinished - I like that flat grey look - and the new grips are KEWL also.....

Good Luck
