Could somebody with a ruler, a stock 4516 magazine, and a stock 4506 magazine please tell me the lengths (or, technically I guess, the heights) of the two mags from feed lips to bottom of basepad?

Bonus points for pictures.

The 4516 mag is 4-5/8" tall

The 4506 mag is right at 5" tall.

The 4516 has the thumb rest base plate/pad.

The 4506 mags have several types of base plates/pads. This one has the common (newer?) plastic one that's the same thickness across the base.

Pictures cost extra.

Thanks again for the ruler-help. I've had most members of the 45XX family at one point or t'other and I was telling a friend that the differences in overall height really wasn't that great, but mostly because the 4516 magazine sticks out from the frame a bit. As can be seen in any picture....
