Default Victory 22 first day....great with one issue

Took my new Victory out today. 200 rounds downrange. Loved the gun (after i got it sighted in, was far off), had a couple issues, one of which I'd like anyone opinion if you have one on it:

1. During the first 50 rounds, there was at least 5 times I pulled the trigger and it didn't go off. After doing a press check (to ensure it wasn't a FTF), it went off a second time. And it was with a couple different kinds of ammo. After that first 50, it didn't happen again and I was shooting the same ammo boxes the whole time. Thoughts????
I thought maybe I had the overtravel screw too close, but again, it didnt happen after a bit.

2. Yes the barrel screw came loose around the 150 rd mark. I'm gonna try that washer idea others posted about.

3. Attached are some pics of different patterns from different loads.

Thanks for any thoughts on #1.

Bob

Wink

Did you clean the gun before the shooting session? My guess is excessive oil/gunk in the gun was impeding function. I had to send my new Victory back to get the extractor replaced(the original left the gun on first shot). When it came back it was so full of lubricant it didn't function. I cleaned it out, lubed it with a very light oil and it now runs well.

Good luck and good shooting.
