Default Taller Rear Adjustable 5906 Sight Blade?

Just had a great day at the range with my new-to-me police trade-in 5906.

I made a few adjustments to the rear and got good tight groups out to 15 yards with different loads.

Short front sight and a shallow adjustable rear dot blade on the "winged" version of this 5906.

The front sight is only about .10" tall and the rear two dot blade has a very shallow square notch. Had to raise it up half way.

Want to enhance the sight picture.

1. Can I replace the factory two dot blade with a deeper notch?

2. Want to get a slightly taller front sight as well. Maybe a Dawson Precision fiber optic front sight.

Your thoughts?
